Can be studied part-time; study duration is only five semesters because the course is shortened by two semesters because of the necessary access qualification, and 60 ECTS are recognised for this.
Lessons on about two Saturdays per month. Attendance can be physical or in virtual form.
Entry as a guest student after the first year of training is also possible.

What is the content of the course of studies?
The course includes lectures on the interdisciplinary approach, clinical reasoning, social sciences and scientific work, health policy, clinical psychology as well as on soft skills.
Students can choose between elective modules while studying. Health management, health education, nursing science, nursing therapy as well as hand rehabilitation are on offer.
Where can I find employment later on?
Inpatient and outpatient care, adoption and procedure-related independent naturopathic activities, education and training, business management (own medical practise, clinic), certification, rehabilitation, health promotion.
In what fields/subject areas can I work?
Graduates find employment in the care of disabled and the elderly, in psychiatry, in areas of prevention and rehabilitation, in hospitals as well as in private practice.
What are the entry requirements?
- General higher education entrance qualification (Hochschulreife), advanced technical college certificate (Fachhochschulreife).
- Required access profession from nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, care of the elderly
In the absence of university entrance qualification, this can also be made separately. The course builds on therapeutic and nursing knowledge already held.
What costs will I incur as part of my studies?
€ 207.-/ month, € 6.875.- in total*. *incl. examination fee ( € 665.-) *With the waiver of the mailing of printed study materials, a reduced tuition fee is granted for this degree programme. The standard monthly tuition fee is reduced by € 10.- in this case. Free extension of study to four semesters is possible.
